These terms and conditions govern your use of this website (https://paintersriyadh.com/) and the painting and property restoration services provided by Painters Riyadh. By accessing this website or booking a service, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial painting, wall restoration, exterior waterproofing, door/cabinet finishing, and surface preparation services across Riyadh.

Estimates: Quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates. A final, fixed price is confirmed only after an on-site visit or detailed property assessment.
Color Selection: While we gladly assist with color matching and Jotun color selections, the final choice and approval of the color remain the sole responsibility of the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Access: The client must provide clear, unimpeded access to the property at the scheduled time.
Valuables: While our team exercises the utmost care and utilizes heavy-duty masking, we strongly recommend that clients remove fragile valuables, cash, electronics, and jewelry from the work area before our team arrives.

3. Payments

Payment terms will be clearly agreed upon at the time of booking (e.g., advance deposit, balance upon satisfactory completion).
Failure to make required payments may result in the suspension of work or appropriate legal actions under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice to reschedule site visits or work start dates. A rescheduling fee of SAR 250 will be charged for any requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled time. This fee applies to all clients, regardless of whether an advance payment has been made.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions affecting exterior painting, structural safety hazards, or staff safety).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Saudi Arabian law, Painters Riyadh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
